Services

Six focused services. One careful method.

Every engagement ends the same way — with a paginated written report and two weeks of follow-up. The service determines what we read, not how carefully.

01

Lab interpretation

$240

We re-read blood panels, urinalysis and imaging in the context of your medications, family history and current lifestyle. Delivered as a written report within 36 hours of the last result.

  • CBC, CMP, lipid, A1c, TSH and beyond
  • Reference ranges adjusted for age, sex, ethnicity
  • Plain-English summary at the top of every report

02

Written second opinions

$320

A formal second opinion on an existing diagnosis or treatment plan. We review your records, list the questions a thoughtful clinician would ask, and write a four-to-six-page response.

  • Usual turnaround: four business days
  • Cited against current clinical guidelines
  • Shareable with any U.S. provider

03

Preventive screening

$420

An annual cardiometabolic, hormonal and inflammation panel paired with a written roadmap. We tell you what to repeat, when, and why.

  • Includes lipid, A1c, hs-CRP, TSH, vitamin D
  • Optional hormone and iron sub-panels
  • Annual follow-up reminder, never automated marketing

04

Chronic-condition tracking

From $180 / quarter

Quarterly check-ins for diabetes, hypertension, thyroid and autoimmune conditions, with trend graphs you actually understand and a one-page note to your primary doctor.

  • Trend graphs printed and emailed
  • Coordination letter to your primary care
  • Adjustment flags before things drift

05

  • 5- and 10-panel drug screens
  • Direct fax to employer or compliance officer

06

Frequently asked

Practical questions, practical answers.

Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We issue an itemized superbill you can submit; many PPO plans reimburse 40–70%.
Will you talk to my primary doctor?
Yes. With your written consent we send a one-page coordination letter and remain available for a phone call.
Can everything be done remotely?
Almost everything. Intake calls are by video, labs are drawn at any LabCorp or Quest, and reports arrive by email.
What if I have an urgent finding?
If a result is urgent we call you the same day and coordinate with your primary doctor or the nearest ER.

Not sure which service you need?

The 30-minute intake call is free. We'll tell you whether we're the right fit, and if not, we'll suggest who is.
