Our diagnostic reports are educational and consultative. They are intended to complement, not replace, the care of your primary clinician. Decisions about treatment remain between you and your treating physician.
4. Fees and refunds
Service fees are published on our Services page and quoted in writing before any engagement begins. We refund any portion of a fee that we have not yet earned if you cancel before delivery of the written report.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photography, logos and the report format itself, is owned by MD Diagnos LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site — no scraping, no automated access, no attempts to compromise security, and no use that infringes the rights of others.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Diagnos is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts seated in El Paso County, Colorado.
